With over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael leads 2M Roofing’s field operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. As COO, he has overseen more than $20 million in commercial roofing projects, including a single project valued at $1.2 million. His work spans Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky, and reflects a deep commitment to delivering results that exceed client expectations.

Michael Grier is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of industry experience and a strong foundation as a licensed Professional Engineer. As CEO of 2M Roofing, he leads the company’s contractual, financial, and strategic operations. His project portfolio includes successful deliveries ranging from $2,000 to $86 million, serving clients such as NASA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of its “40 Under 40,” Michael is committed to excellence, consistency, and building long-term partnerships in the commercial roofing sector.
